GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Tourism Dirham of AED 20 per BEDROOM per night is applicable for luxury hotels and will be charged directly to the guest upon check-out (subject to change without prior notice).

RATES VALIDITY

Rates are for individual bookings only and cannot be used for group bookings (group: 10 paid rooms or above).

Minimum 3 nights stay during 27.12-02.01.

NEW YEAR POLICY

No arrivals and no departures allowed on 31.12.

Christmas Eve Dinner and New Year's Eve Gala Dinner are compulsory on 24.12 and 31.12accordingly.

Christmas Brunch on 25.12 can be booked optionally.

Christmas Eve Dinner is inclusive of selected softdrinks.

New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is inclusive of selected wine, house spirits and beer.

MEAL POLICY

HB/FB is based on Food & Beverage (water only) and will be served in one of hotel's outlets with the Chefs selection.

Guests booked on regular HB will avail of dinner only on 25.12

ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

Extra bed is only available in Luxury room, Junior Suite & Prestige Suite with a maximum of 1 extra bed per room or suite.

Sofa bed is free of charge for children up to 12 years old in all room categories.

Twin rooms are available only in Superior Room Type, upon request, subject to availability upon arrival.

Interconnecting rooms are available upon request only, subject to availability at the time of arrival. All interconnecting rooms are based on King + Twin Beds.

Luxury rooms are only available on King Size bed basis. No interconnecting rooms available.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: In the event of an early departure, the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the remaining nights booked.

NAME CHANGES: Hotel will not be able to accept any changes to the guest name. In case of a change on the name’s booking, it is requested to cancel the original booking and to rebook under the new name.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Check-in time: 15:00

• Check-out time: 12:00

Guaranteed Early check - in must be pre-booked one day in advance and is charged at 100% of contracted rate.
